Location and cleanliness were very good, I enjoyed it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with pull out couch bed as well as two 18 inch closets. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Well, the area was very expensive overall.

The entire staff was excellent! Fifth avenue could be reached without difficulty as it' s 1 mile away. Tribeca neighborhood is worth seeing.
